Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sampling, sourcing, and production departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
Act as a bridge between the sales team and the production team.
Develop and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
Monitor fabric and trim procurement in coordination with sourcing and purchase departments.
Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation (order sheets, costing, approvals, etc.)
Work closely with the QA team to ensure on-time inspection and shipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Merchandising, or a related field
Proficient in English Communication( Written & Verbal)
Proficient in MS Office ( Powerpoint & Excel)
At least
3 years of experience in apparel merchandising industry.
Good knowledge of
apparel manufacturing, fabrics, materials, and quality standards
Salary Offered:
Upto Rs. 4.5 LPA
