(Hard Goods) to support the merchandising and production process from sourcing to final dispatch. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor follow-ups, and clear communication with internal teams and buyers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source raw materials and coordinate with vendors as per production requirements.
Manage product samples, approvals, and buyer feedback.
Prepare and track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments including production, QC, logistics, and dispatch.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with buyer standards.
Handle labeling and packaging orders as per specifications.
Maintain regular communication with buyers and respond to queries promptly.
Assist in documentation, order tracking, and daily merchandising follow-ups.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising (Hard Goods preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Ability to multitask and handle timelines efficiently.
Male candidate preferred.
Salary Range:
?14,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
