Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) activities at site, ensuring accurate BOQs, effective vendor coordination, cost control, and timely execution in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review, validate, and finalize BOQs for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and related works received from the MEPF Consultant prior to circulation for RFQs. Coordinate with the Purchase Team, vendors/contractors, and MEPF consultants to compile queries, seek clarifications, and resolve technical and commercial issues. Ensure alignment of BOQs and specifications with site requirements, drawings, and execution strategy. Assist in finalization of scope of work, line items, and commercial terms for final offers and Purchase Orders. Support the project team during technical and commercial negotiations with vendors. Monitor MEPF execution at site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Verify vendors' RA bills and final invoices for accuracy prior to certification and payment processing. Coordinate MEPF works with ongoing civil activities at site to ensure seamless interface management.
Desired Qualification & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. 5-8 years of experience in MEPF works for commercial / IT / institutional buildings. Strong understanding of BOQs, specifications, tendering, and site execution. Experience working with consultants and contractors on live construction sites. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
