Plan, manage, and monitor MEP works across project sites.
Execute MEP installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation of MEP systems.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and civil teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with statutory requirements and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in MEP activities for residential or commercial projects (for Technician & Engineer roles).
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing MEP systems.
Experience in
Generators, Solar Power Systems, HVAC, Pumps
, and other building services is an added advantage.
