Job Description

Position : MEP Technician

Site location : Within chennai

Educational Qualification : Any

Experience : Min 1+ year

Notice period : Immediate joiner preferable

Job Nature :

Assist in

installation, testing, and commissioning

of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing). Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

as per project requirements. Support senior engineers/technicians in

MEP layout execution

on site. Assists in electric power line construction, overhead and underground, Plumbing. Troubleshoot faults in

electrical panels, wiring, fixtures, pumps, motors, plumbing lines

, etc. Read basic

drawings, schematics, and work instructions

. Ensure all work follows

safety regulations and project standards

. Coordinate with civil and site teams for smooth workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
