- MEP Multi-Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Handle installation and upkeep of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, motors, piping, and other construction-related utilities. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP equipment as per schedule. Monitor system operations, identify faults, and execute timely solutions. Work in coordination with site engineers and other technicians to maintain safety and operational standards. Maintain proper documentation of service and repair records.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade. Candidates with strong hands-on experience will also be considered.

Experience:

5 to 10 years in MEP systems, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of technical drawings and equipment manuals. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
