Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Technician

to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a hospital environment, with a strong understanding of NABH standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the hospital. Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical panels, power distribution systems, plumbing, and medical gas pipelines. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs in compliance with NABH guidelines. Support facility readiness for NABH and other audits by ensuring all systems are well-maintained and documented. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations. Adhere to safety standards and hospital protocols at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or equivalent. Minimum

2-3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setup

(mandatory). Good knowledge of

NABH standards

related to facility management and safety. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work in shifts as per hospital requirements.
