- Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations and maintenance across our coworking spaces

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects

- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement solutions

- Supervise and guide MEP technicians and vendors

- Develop and implement MEP maintenance schedules and procedures

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in MEP, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

- 2+ years of experience in MEP installation, maintenance, or supervision

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
