Qualifications

Diploma / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical)

Age

Around 28-35 years

Experience Minimum 5-7 years

of experience in MEP supervision works in Residential / Commercial / Hospitality projects

Computer Knowledge

MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

Other Specific Experience

Experience in working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage

CTC Budget

Up to 6 LPA

Supervise day-to-day site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other site engineers for smooth workflow. Check material quality, workmanship, and ensure timely execution of works. Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager regularly. Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality control procedures. Report any discrepancies or delays to the MEP Engineer / Project Manager.
