Role and Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise day-to-day MEP related activities at site including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, STP, WTP, and ELV systems.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project schedule.

Monitor and ensure quality workmanship and safety at all times.

Coordinate with MEP consultants for design clarifications, changes, and approvals.

Liaise with MEP contractors and vendors to ensure timely mobilization, work execution, and delivery of materials and equipment.

Interface with civil and architectural teams to align MEP work with overall construction activities.

Review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.

Assist in resolving technical issues on-site with prompt and practical solutions.

Provide feedback to design consultants based on site conditions and execution feasibility.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment at site.

Verify material quality and quantities received against approved specifications and BOQs.

Maintain proper records of inventory, usage, and wastage control.

Track progress of MEP works against the project schedule and escalate delays or bottlenecks.

Prepare daily and weekly reports highlighting work status, manpower deployment, and key issues.

Attend progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Supervise testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.

Ensure all MEP services are properly integrated, tested, and documented.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in MEP supervision, preferably on hospitality or high-end residential/commercial projects.

Preferred Skills

Must have basic knowledge of:

Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects (or Primevera)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
