Plan, schedule, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at the site.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
Ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project standards and statutory requirements.
Verify installation quality and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Approve inspections, testing, and commissioning procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
Troubleshoot MEP issues and propose effective solutions.
Assist in system design modifications if required.
