Qualification:

ITI in Electrical

or

Diploma in Electrical Engineering Additional certification in PHE services will be an advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Supervisor - MEP

to oversee electrical works for luxury villa projects. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in supervising electrical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Exposure to plumbing works is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all

electrical works

at site for luxury villa projects Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Monitor daily site activities, work progress, and material usage Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems before handover Coordinate with civil, plumbing, and other services teams to avoid clashes Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues promptly Maintain daily work reports and assist in project documentation Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems (HT/LT, lighting, power, ELV) Experience in

luxury villa or high-end residential projects

is mandatory Good understanding of site coordination and supervision Basic knowledge of plumbing/PHE systems is an added advantage Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

7-10 years of relevant site supervision experience Proven track record in luxury villa or premium residential projects Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
