MEP Supervisor - High Raised Buildings

Relevant Experience :

6+Years (International Experience also Required)

Education:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Salary Net pay - ( PM) - $900 USD PM to $1300 USD PM ( Based on skill mapping )

Should have knowledge and experience in understanding and executing electrical, plumbing and firefighting drawings. Ability to take the point to point estimate. Should have well experience in coordination with contractors for works. Must know the prevailing labour contract rates. Knowledge of electrical codes, LT & HT experience is mandatory Knowledge in Plumbing, HVAC, and fire fighting codes. Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems. Knowledge in Plumbing and firefighting systems and materials"

Responsibilities

Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines Performing regular inspections of the construction site Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment Organizing work schedules Checking work techniques are correct and safe Managing orders and deliveries of building materials Assisting project managers with planning work activities Completing site reports and other records Attending site management meetings

Pay: ₹79,369.56 - ₹115,000.00 per month
