Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

MEP Supervisor

to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities within our Construction Division. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working on GCC projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works in compliance with project specifications and standards.

JOB LOCATION WILL BE BAHRAIN

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities and ensure alignment with project schedules Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems according to approved drawings and standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site Review technical documentation, drawings, and material submittals Lead and manage MEP site teams and subcontractors effectively Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Report progress, issues, and provide solutions to project management

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years

of MEP supervision experience in the

GCC construction industry

Strong knowledge of

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Experience with installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, and plumbing systems Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with

GCC safety standards and regulations

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
