Supervise and coordinate HVAC and plumbing installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure proper execution of HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water piping, equipment installation, insulation, testing, and commissioning support.
Oversee plumbing works such as water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and associated fixtures and fittings.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, and other trades to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to HVAC and plumbing works.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements during installation activities.
Supervise subcontractors and technicians, ensuring adherence to approved construction methods and timelines.
Conduct inspections, testing, and snag-list closure for HVAC and plumbing systems.
Maintain site records, daily reports, manpower tracking, and material usage reports.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and plumbing systems, including as-built documentation.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in building construction projects, with strong hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Sound knowledge of HVAC systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewer, and firefighting coordination.
Must have experience in GCC in building construction projects.
