Job Description

Manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) material storage and inventory control at project site/store.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Implement stock tracking systems (manual or ERP-based) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) inventory.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and segregation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting materials.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Monitor critical stock levels and issue alerts for reordering.

Ensure proper handling and preservation of sensitive equipment (e.g., chillers, switchgear).

Implement safety protocols in material handling and storage areas..

Coordinate returns, scrap disposal, and warranty claims.

Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) materials, fittings, cables, and HVAC components

Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).

7-10 years of experience in construction/M&E store management.

Knowledge of inventory software like SAP, Oracle, or MS Excel-based systems.

Candidates from construction field will be preferred.

Good Knowledge of Adv Excel & Tally.

Good Communication & organizational skills.

Candidates should be nearby to Kirti Nagar (within the range of 10 to 20 km)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
