Job Description

Supervise and execute MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with civil and structural teams to ensure integrated execution.
Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor installation activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
Identify and resolve on-site issues or clashes in coordination with design and site teams.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager.
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all teams during execution.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP site supervision (Gulf experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Familiar with authority approvals (e.g., DEWA, FEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
