Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for MEP projects
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and quotations
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Attend site meetings and support project closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain client relationships
