Role Summary

Responsible for managing MEP design & execution along with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP drawings and BOQs
- Oversee MEP installation, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare and review cost estimates and BOQs
- Evaluate contractor/vendor quotes and certify bills
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulations
- Maintain cost tracking, budgeting, and project billing

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Experience

4-8 years in MEP execution and quantity surveying

Key Skills

- AutoCAD, MS Excel, Estimation tools
- MEP systems knowledge
- Cost control & contract management
- Coordination & communication skills
