Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
Quantity Take-Offs (QTO)
and
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
for all MEP works.
Perform
rate analysis, cost estimation, budgeting, and reconciliation
.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accurate quantity and cost assessments.
Prepare and validate
client bills and subcontractor bills
, maintaining all supporting documentation.
Monitor project costs, assess material consumption, and report variances.
Support
tendering activities
, including preparation of comparative statements and cost sheets.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, and design teams for seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to verify executed quantities and monitor progress.
Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.
Minimum
8 years of hands-on experience
in MEP estimation, quantity take-off, billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, and execution processes.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD
, and industry estimation software.
Excellent English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to travel for project requirements when needed.
