Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP works at site Ensure MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems and other engineering teams for smooth project execution Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals Monitor subcontractors and vendors for quality, safety, and productivity Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality norms Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve site-related MEP issues

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems Excellent project management and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification: B.Tech

in Mechanical / Electrical / Relevant Engineering discipline

Experience:

Minimum

10 years

of relevant MEP experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred

Salary:

60,000+ based on performance, experience

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
