Develop detailed designs for mechanical (HVAC, plumbing), electrical (power distribution, lighting), and other building systems.
Create blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
Conduct energy efficiency calculations and ensure designs meet all relevant codes and standards.
Project coordination:
Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines for MEP components.
Installation and maintenance:
Oversee the installation of MEP systems on construction sites to ensure they are installed according to design specifications.
Monitor system performance and conduct testing and quality control checks.
Troubleshoot problems and suggest enhancements or repairs.
Documentation and management:
Prepare and review technical documents, including manuals and reports.
Manage contracts, document project data, and handle paperwork accurately.
Assess existing buildings for suitability and potential electrical improvements.
Candidate should have around 6 to 8 years experience in the MEP Real estate or Hospitality Projects.
