Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and residential projects.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with structural elements.
Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules for MEP works.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Monitor site installation to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Resolve technical issues and liaise with vendors and clients for approvals and inspections.
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE
