We are looking for a highly skilled

MEP Project Manager

with over 12 years of experience in handling

commercial interior fit-out projects

. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with safety norms, and timely delivery of commercial spaces for corporate clients and MNCs.

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP execution and project management Strong command over HVAC, lighting, LV systems, UPS, earthing, fire detection & suppression, water supply, and drainage systems Hands-on experience with commercial office fit-outs and corporate interior projects Proficiency in project management and coordination tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit MEP preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills Strong understanding of site safety practices, QA/QC protocols, and compliance checklists
Key Responsibilities :

Manage all MEP works across multiple commercial fit-out projects--offices, retail outlets, banks, and showrooms. Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and interior layouts for seamless execution. Review and validate BOQs, shop drawings, coordination layouts, and as-built drawings. Supervise site execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems. Liaise with consultants, clients, vendors, and statutory bodies to obtain necessary clearances and approvals. Manage MEP subcontractors--assign scope, monitor progress, verify measurements and certify bills. Monitor project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools; ensure timely completion of milestones. Implement best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability for corporate spaces. Ensure adherence to IS codes, NBC, and local building norms and fire safety regulations. Conduct technical audits and site inspections to maintain HSE standards.
