to oversee coordination, documentation, vendor management, and site support for MEP projects across India. The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding of MEP systems and be comfortable travelling to multiple project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day MEP project activities between site teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Assist the Project Manager/Engineers in monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including MOMs, progress reports, checklists, and material tracking sheets.
Support in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP works.
Ensure smooth communication flow between office and site teams.
Follow up with vendors for material delivery, work execution, and billing-related documentation.
Assist in quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate for client meetings, project reviews, and internal reporting.
Ensure timely closure of project activities and handover documentation.
Key Requirements:
6-8+ years of experience in
MEP project coordination
or related MEP execution/support roles.
Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), documentation & reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
