Profile - MEP Procurement Manager
Qualification- B.Tech-Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience- Minimum 15 years of MEP procurement experience in construction, EPC, or real
estate projects. Strong knowledge of Indian MEP suppliers, brands, and material costs. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software.
Salary - Upto 20 Lac CTC

Roles & Responsibilities
? Develop and implement procurement strategies for Electrical, Mechanical,
Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
? Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: vendor prequalification, RFQ, techno-
commercial evaluation, negotiation, and order placement.
? Maintain strong relationships with Indian manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs.
? Analyze market trends and control material costs without compromising quality.
? Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, and Finance teams to align
procurement schedules.
? Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and contract
terms.
? Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and resolve supply-chain issues.
? Prepare and control procurement budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
? Lead and mentor procurement engineers and executives.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and ethical procurement
practices.
