Job Description

:

The MEP Planning Engineer will oversee the

planning, design, and implementation

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

for

high-rise residential and group housing projects

. The role ensures all MEP activities are executed as per approved design, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor

comprehensive MEP project schedules

and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with

architectural, structural, and site execution teams

for smooth project progress. Identify potential

delays, risks, and cost impacts

, and propose corrective actions. Assist in

procurement planning, work sequencing, and progress reporting

. Ensure compliance with

safety norms, codes, and quality standards

across all MEP works.

Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

1-5 years of experience

high-rise / group housing MEP planning

. Strong knowledge of

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
