Job Summary:

As an Estimator you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and preparing quotations for MEP/HVAC projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and competitive pricing while maintaining profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing detailed MEP planning schedules. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors to integrate MEP systems. Monitoring project progress and handling adjustments as necessary. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Conducting site inspections to verify project compliance with design specifications. Providing technical support and troubleshooting MEP issues during the construction phase.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

4. Knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems and components, as well as familiarity with industry standards and practices.

5. Prior experience in estimating or related roles in the MEP/HVAC or construction industry is preferred.

6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
