to ensure smooth site execution and clash-free installation.
Review and implement
shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and productivity to meet project schedules.
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution and material delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
Ensure proper documentation including
as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals
.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems
