Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience

Design competency in Mechanical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc. Conversant with HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing etc. Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IS, CIBSE, BSRIA, LEED requirements Awareness about Mechanical execution at project site.

Job Responsibilities

The Key Responsibilities are as below:

Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc. Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Liaisoning Support for HRC, MOEF, BMC & M&E Project Engineering Development Product Engineering Evaluation Value Engineering Market Rate Assessment Innovative Technological Study Appointment of Consultants Consultancy Payment Certification Consultants' Additional Fee Claims & Validation Tender Documentation Post Contract Administration CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation Contractor's Submittal Review Construction Quality Audit Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues Procurement & Contracts Strategy Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work. Exposure to other building services viz, Electrical, ELV and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities.


Implementation of sustainable practices related with ESG in designing

Software Skills

Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets. Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experienced with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program). * Expertise in hydraulic water and air calculations.
