MEP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.

Plan, monitor, and ensure timely execution of MEP works at sites in coordination with project teams.

Supervise contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to local building codes, statutory regulations, and green building norms.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and interior teams for smooth project execution.

Manage MEP project budgets, cost control, and value engineering.

Identify technical risks and provide solutions for problem areas.

Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems before handover.

Required Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years' experience in handling MEP works in large-scale residential/commercial projects (Real Estate/Builder background preferred).

Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical systems, lifts, plumbing, and STP/ETP.

Proven ability to manage multiple contractors/vendors.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.

Strong understanding of MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
