Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of all

MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and other building services)

. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per drawings, standards, and specifications. Review MEP design documents, shop drawings, and material submittals. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP works within cost and quality parameters. Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety norms. Provide technical expertise for resolving site issues related to MEP works. Prepare and review contractor bills related to MEP scope. Collaborate with PMC, architects, structural, and civil teams for seamless project delivery. Ensure energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with statutory guidelines. Generate regular MIS and progress reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred). 10-15 years of experience in

MEP design, coordination, and execution

of large-scale real estate projects (residential/commercial). Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and best practices. Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (consultants, contractors, internal teams).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
