Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

with more than 5 years of professional experience in executing large-scale projects, preferably

star hotels or high-end hospitality developments

. The candidate must be proficient in

HVAC, Electrical, Public Health (Plumbing), Low Voltage (LV), and Fire Fighting systems

. The role requires

on-site execution, supervision, and coordination

with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of works. The candidate should have strong skills in

technical coordination with architects, interior designers, and project management teams

, along with the ability to manage

bill verification, site supervision, and daily progress reporting

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise execution of all

MEP works

(HVAC, Electrical, PH, LV, Fire Fighting) as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate closely with

Interior Designers, Architects and Contractors

to resolve design and site issues. Monitor contractor's work for

quality, safety, and progress

; ensure compliance with codes and project requirements. Prepare and verify

MEP bills, BOQ items, and contractor invoices

. Ensure

timely availability of GFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

. Conduct

daily site inspections

and maintain

progress reports

. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for

timely execution and material delivery

. Ensure proper

testing & commissioning

of all MEP systems before handover. Identify and resolve

technical issues

on-site, escalating where necessary.
Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in MEP execution. Proven track record in

luxury hotels / star-category projects

. Strong knowledge of

HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting, and LV systems

. Ability to read and interpret

architectural & interior drawings

for service coordination. Proficient in

site supervision, contractor management, and bill verification

. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to prepare and present

daily/weekly progress reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
