Job Summary

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role supports timely project delivery and efficient operation of building services.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams Inspect installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems Monitor work progress and report delays, issues, or deviations to the MEP Manager Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and snagging activities Ensure adherence to quality standards, method statements, and safety procedures Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and finishing activities Maintain site records, daily reports, and as-built documentation Support handover, commissioning, and defect liability period (DLP) activities
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5-8 years of relevant MEP supervision experience in real estate or construction projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building services Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and authority requirements Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Skills & Competencies

Strong site supervision and coordination skills Good communication and reporting abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE practices Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Preferred

Experience in residential towers, villas, malls, or commercial buildings Knowledge of commissioning and handover procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,866.54 - ?80,773.04 per month
