Job Description

Lead and manage the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems (with a focus on electrical systems) for manufacturing facilities and projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality control, and procurement to ensure electrical systems align with manufacturing processes and equipment needs. Ensure MEP designs are compliant with national and international standards, as well as with health and safety regulations. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and design calculations for electrical systems. Supervise MEP subcontractors and consultants to ensure work is completed to standards and timelines. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for MEP activities. Troubleshoot issues related to power supply, machinery installation, HVAC systems, and factory utilities. Optimize energy efficiency and support sustainability initiatives in plant infrastructure. Conduct inspections and provide technical support during installation and maintenance phases. Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress with senior management. Stay updated with technological advancements in electrical and MEP systems applicable to the manufacturing industry.
