Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Review MEP drawings, designs, and specifications for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with architects, designers, and civil teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP services. Plan and schedule MEP activities in line with project milestones.

2. Execution & Supervision

Supervise site MEP installation works (HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, etc.). Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, standards, and safety protocols. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of MEP works.

3. Technical Review & Documentation

Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings. Verify material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate with the project management team.

4. Testing & Commissioning

Oversee MEP system testing and commissioning procedures. Ensure all systems are operational, documented, and handed over as per project requirements.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

Enforce quality assurance standards for all MEP installations. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in MEP works for interior fit-out projects (commercial, corporate, or retail sectors). Experience in handling fast-track fit-out projects preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
