Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Maintenance Supervisor (Lead) to oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, with a focus on Electrical and HVAC infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, technically competent, and capable of leading a maintenance team effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance operations across the facility Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Electrical and HVAC systems Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and logs

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and HVAC equipment Ability to lead a team and work under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
