Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Trainer to join our expert faculty team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching or working with MEP systems and software tools.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering online sessions, preparing course content, and helping learners gain job-ready skills in MEP engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging online training sessions on MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting. Teach design and drafting software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, or similar tools. Prepare learning materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant case studies or real-life projects. Guide students on practical applications and career paths in the MEP domain. Collaborate with the curriculum team to update course content when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP industry or training roles. Proficiency in MEP software tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred). Passion for education and upskilling students.
