Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

MEP Head - Facilities

to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations for facility management. The candidate must have

extensive experience exclusively in the construction or real estate industry

, with strong exposure to facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Head and manage end-to-end

MEP operations for facilities

Oversee

HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire-fighting, STP/ETP, DG sets, and elevators

Ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and statutory compliance Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders Manage facility budgets, audits, and energy optimization initiatives Lead and mentor MEP and facility teams Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory norms

Candidate Requirements

18-20 years of experience

in

MEP & Facility Management

Mandatory experience only in Construction or Real Estate industry

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Hands-on exposure to large commercial / residential facilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Education

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
