Job Description

MEP head is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and completion of MEP systems in construction projects from start to finish

managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, coordinating with various teams (like architects and contractors), and managing project risks

Key responsibilities

Project management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of MEP systems, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

Technical oversight:

Ensure all designs and installations meet industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Coordination:

Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

Budget and resource management:

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for the MEP scope.

Quality and compliance:

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Risk management:

Identify and mitigate risks that may arise during the project.

Documentation:

Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Required skills and experience

Leadership and strong communication skills Extensive experience in MEP project management Proficiency in relevant software and tools Knowledge of different MEP systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Budget and contract management abilities Risk and quality assurance experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
