We are looking for a skilled

MEP Executive

with hands-on experience in real estate/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC) at site Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution Ensure MEP work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor contractors, vendors, and labor for MEP-related activities Check material quality, quantities, and proper installation at site Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update seniors Attend site meetings and resolve MEP-related technical issues Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil (MEP-related) preferred Minimum

2 years of experience

in MEP works at real estate or construction projects Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC Ability to read and understand MEP drawings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
