Job Description

MEP Quantity Surveyor (HVAC & Firefighting)

Experience:

7+ Years

Location:

Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

estimations, quantifications, and BOQ preparation

for

HVAC & Firefighting

works. Conduct

rate analysis

cost estimation

, and

budget preparation

. Manage

material and cost reconciliation

for HVAC & Firefighting systems. Verify and certify

RA bills, subcontractor bills, and variation claims

. Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams for accurate quantity tracking. Prepare periodic

cost reports and MIS updates

for management review.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

HVAC & Firefighting systems

and MEP execution practices. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel

, and estimation software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills. Willingness to travel PAN India.
