Job Title: MEP Engineer(Plumbing)

Industry: High-Rise Residential Construction

Working Location: [Padur]

Experience: 4-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

To Prepare & Study Plumbing Schematic, Detailed Drawing, BOQ, Material take off, material specification knowledge

Should have a Strong Experience in the Plumbing execution, Pumps, STP, WTP system

Good Communication skill, Labour/Contractor Management

Should have experience in the Aluminium formwork (Mivan) for the High rise apartments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

4+ years of experience in plumbing works for high-rise residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing design tools.

Sound knowledge of NBC, IS codes, and local municipal regulations.
