Design and Implementation

: Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Management

: Manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.

Technical Leadership

: Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

Coordination with Stakeholders

: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP integration into the overall project design.

Quality Assurance

: Oversee quality control processes for MEP installations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Sustainability Focus

: Incorporate sustainable design practices into MEP systems to enhance energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 8-13 years of experience in MEP engineering within the real estate, residential, or industrial sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees and additional certifications are advantageous.

Technical Proficiency

: Strong understanding of MEP systems and current industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale construction projects Proven track record in leadership roles
