MEP Engineer combines strong technical expertise with sharp site management skills. Both are essential to deliver projects that run safely, efficiently, and on time

Strong command over HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office tools. Ability to read, design, and execute complex MEP drawings. Site supervision and team coordination to ensure smooth execution. Material quantity estimation and BOQ preparation. Practical knowledge of testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Familiarity with safety standards and local authority requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving on site.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Ability to read, review, and execute complex MEP drawings with accuracy. Understanding of materials, equipment, and installation standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office for documentation and coordination. Skill in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost monitoring. Capability to supervise site activities and lead technical teams. Coordination with civil and architectural teams to prevent system clashes. Experience in testing, commissioning, and final handover. Awareness of safety procedures and local authority requirements. Effective communication and problem-solving during project execution.
