Arrjavv is a leading real estate development company seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee our multiple projects:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design:

Plan and create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that are integrated into the overall building design. This includes systems for HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and plumbing.

Installation and management:

Oversee the installation of these systems during construction and ensure they are properly functioning after.

Coordination:

Work with architects and other engineers to ensure systems are coordinated and don't conflict with each other or the building's structure.

Safety and efficiency:

Ensure all systems meet safety standards and are designed to be energy and water-efficient, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.

Compliance:

Make sure the design complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Specialized systems:

Depending on the project, they may also design fire protection, energy management, and building automation systems.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD & other related design software Strong understanding of building codes & regulations Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Civil Engineering. Candidate having Bachelor Degree must have experience of of 8-10 years Candidate having Diploma must have experience of 10-12 years

Candidate Profile:

Candidate having Bachelor Degree must have experience of of 8-10 years Candidate having Diploma must have experience of 10-12 years Only MALE candidate shall apply residing in Kolkata. Must have knowledge of ERP (Farvision) Looking for immediate joiner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
