Job Summary:

The

MEP Engineer

will be responsible for the

design, coordination, execution, and maintenance

of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The role involves working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all MEP works are executed according to project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee

MEP systems

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, etc.) for assigned projects. Review and interpret

MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

. Coordinate with

civil, structural, and architectural teams

to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems. Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with

design, quality, and safety standards

. Liaise with

consultants, vendors, and contractors

to resolve technical issues. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure work is completed within the schedule and budget. Conduct

inspection and testing

of MEP installations before commissioning. Ensure

energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance

with local building codes and regulations. Verify and approve

vendor bills, material submittals, and work quality

. Handle

MEP maintenance and troubleshooting

for completed projects if required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Low Voltage systems

. Hands-on experience in

AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office

. Good understanding of

project management principles and construction practices

. Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
