Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

MEP Engineer

with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong expertise in

interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will have

10 years of experience

in MEP design, execution, and coordination for commercial and residential interiors. This is a

Hyderabad-based

role for

immediate joiners

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and coordinate all MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for interior fit-out projects. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings and ensure work is executed as per design standards and timelines. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Prepare BOQ, project schedules, technical documentation, and site progress reports. Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely technical solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in MEP works with focus on

interior fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, and electrical layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination tools. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
