Job Description

Key responsibilities of an MEP Engineer:

Design and Drafting:

Creating detailed plans and drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical power, lighting, fire alarms, plumbing, and communication systems.

Planning and Installation:

Overseeing the installation of MEP equipment and systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and according to specifications.

Inspection and Quality Control:

Conducting regular inspections of MEP systems, ensuring they meet building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Maintenance:

Performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and systems.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Working with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems into building designs and construction.

Problem Solving:

Analyzing MEP system problems, proposing solutions, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.

Compliance:

Staying up-to-date on building codes and regulations, ensuring all systems comply with requirements.

Project Management:

Managing schedules, budgets, and resources for MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Documentation:

Preparing technical specifications, reports, and documentation for MEP systems.

Energy Efficiency:

Implementing energy-efficient designs and systems, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
