Job Title: MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and review Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for
specially for real estate projects.

Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil teams. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems at site. Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety norms. Manage and monitor contractors' performance, progress, and quality. Resolve technical and coordination issues between site and design teams. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings. Support procurement of MEP materials and evaluate vendor proposals. Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all project stages. Prepare daily/weekly progress and technical reports.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP and MS Office. Good understanding of building codes, standards, and safety requirements. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4-10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination in real estate or construction projects.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
